Being a 5th generation East Tennessee native, he knows the meaning of hard work and dedication to keeping the highest level of experience, integrity, and results for each client situation and beyond. He is a father of two and a husband of over 25 years to his college sweetheart. He has had a thriving personal mortgage practice for over 20 years that has translated into well over $300 million in loan volume and counting for the course of his career. He is one of the very few that are proficient in both the forward and reverse mortgage arenas. Today Loren is the National Director of Reverse Lending at Thrive Mortgage. Loren is one of only a handful of mortgage professionals to ever consistently speak at the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Conference (NRMLA). As a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP), he is regarded as a true authority in the Reverse Mortgage arena and has a real passion to share this amazing news throughout the nation!
