THRIVE Mortgage is actively seeking a Remote Appraisal Processor/Coordinator.



The Appraisal Processor/Coordinator must be very structured and organized.  This person needs to have excellent customer service and time management skills, with an emphasis on the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and special projects.  Written and oral communication needs to be an art.  Expressing appreciation and diffusing unhappy people needs to be second nature for this person.  Great computer skills are required.



  • Daily communication with appraisers on all appraisal orders.
  • Maintain investor ineligible appraiser lists and continually monitor the eligibility of all appraisers.
  • Assign new orders.
  • Manage appraisal orders.
  • Manage order groups.
  • Run SSR reports.
  • Assist Loan Officers and Loan Processors daily, with anything they may need pertaining to their appraisal orders.
  • Monitor appraisals email inbox.
  • Pull new/updated ineligible appraiser lists from the investors.
  • Process appraisal orders in QC.
  • Process revised appraisals in QC.
  • Request payment information on past due invoices as brought to my attention from the appraiser.
  • Make authorized credit card charges for appraisals.



The employee should meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • College hours are preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in the appraisal industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience in the mortgage Industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Encompass experience is ideal, but not required.



  • Work remotely or from Thrive Mortgage corporate office.
  • High speed internet access.
  • Fast pace environment.
  • Must be available to travel to the Corporate Office for meetings and training.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak business periods or to meet project deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift or move 10 pounds.
  • Hourly/non-exempt.
